Ordering and Delivery

To place an order, go to the product page of a watch or watch strap and add the desired product and quantity to your shopping cart. You can then choose to view your shopping cart or proceed directly to the payment page.

On the shopping cart page, you will see an overview of the products you have added and the quantities. The quantities can be adjusted using the plus or minus sign.

On the checkout page, you need to fill in at least your required information (indicated with *) so that we can deliver your order. Verify this information carefully before placing and paying for your order. On the right side of the page, you can choose your payment method. Check the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions and to confirm that you have checked your name and address details. Once your payment is complete, your order is final, and we will deliver the products you ordered as soon as possible.

We aim to dispatch your package from our warehouse within 2 business days of placing your order. You will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Currently, we offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France for all our orders.

At the moment, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Giropay
  • Klarna (pay later method)

We utilize the services of DHL or PostNL. Throughout the shipping process, you will be kept informed of the status of your order step by step. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be dropped off at a pickup point.

We can only cancel the order if the products have not been processed and shipped. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us and submit a request through our contact form. In the event that the order has already been shipped, our standard return procedure applies. Read further in the FAQ on how to return your order.

All necessary duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase; all prices mentioned are inclusive of VAT. There is no additional amount due for the final delivery. Duties and taxes are determined by the product’s origin, material composition, use, and final destination.

We use various verification steps after a customer places an order, ensuring the highest level of security for our customers. If the order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email within the first 2 hours after ordering, sent to the email address provided during the order process. Don’t forget to check your spam folder; the order confirmation may be there. If there is no order confirmation after this time, please contact us through our contact form.

All orders contain no physical documentation, except for the packing slip, which only displays the name of the ordered product. The invoice has been sent to you via email, along with the order confirmation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address once the order has been handed over to our delivery service. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact the delivery service directly.

Returns and Refunds

After receiving your order, you have a 30-day cooling-off period, in addition to the legal right of withdrawal. You can easily return your order through our return portal.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are not possible.
  • If unnecessary damage to the product has occurred, we will deduct the costs of depreciation from the refund amount.
  • Watches must not be activated.
  • The usual shipping costs apply to returning an order.

We will send you a notification by email when we have received your return and when we have processed it. We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait with the refund until we have received the products or until you have proven that you have sent them. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

The customer has a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within a trial period of 30 days after receiving the product, without providing reasons for the withdrawal (legal right of withdrawal). The customer must return or hand over the goods promptly, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which the customer has communicated the decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. The customer is on time if they return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The customer may only unpack and/or use the ordered product to the extent necessary to decide whether they want to keep the product. The customer is only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Note: If the product is delivered damaged or incomplete, we request the customer to notify customer service as soon as possible, preferably within four (4) days, and await further instructions.

The customer is responsible for returning the product and bears all risks related to the return shipment. Quist Watch Group advises the customer to return products with insured shipping and in a sealed package. If an insured return shipment is lost, damaged, or if the receipt of a return shipment is refused (for example, if the carrier cannot provide a valid signature), the customer has the option to hold the carrier liable. As the sender of the return shipment, the customer must initiate the complaint procedure for any issues with the return shipment. The customer must keep the (official, digital) receipt of their return shipment with the tracking information.

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products or until the customer has proven that they have sent them. Any credit due to a returned product will be credited to the account used to pay for the original order. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods or the customer has proven that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

European Model Withdrawal Form

To stay within the statutory withdrawal period, the customer must send a statement about exercising their legal right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If the customer withdraws from the agreement, we will promptly credit all payments made by the customer up to that point, including any standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment, and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the agreement.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a request via support@quistwatches.nl with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item.

Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us using our e-mailadress info@quistwatches.nl. Please describe the nature of your complaint and use any reference number you received from us (i.e. your order number). 

You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and effectively.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you have the option to escalate the matter. You can refer your complaint to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) for further review. Alternatively, you may also utilize the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) to seek resolution if you believe your complaint has not been adequately addressed.
